The Pathway
The Pathway is a 12-month framework GTS Life uses to form resilient disciples through spiritual growth, gift development, and practical mission. We do this using a 4-Step Process.

Identify and understand your spiritual gifts and unique wiring.
Assessment and purpose portfolio.

Build rhythms of abiding and community.

Practice using gifts to fulfilling real needs and build the Kingdom.

GTS Life also walks alongside local churches, equipping them to disciple young adults, strengthen their ministries, and multiply the Gospel in their communities.

The Legacy Harvest Movement
Beginning in 2026, we're launching a five-year journey of growth and discipleship -- planting 200 Seeds across the U.S., Italy, and Romania that will grow into 1,000 Seeds by 2030. Each Seed represents a young adult rooted in Christ, equipped in their gifts, and released to serve.
