From Seeds to Trees - Our Story
It began with a question:

What if every believer truly lived the life God designed for them?

That question became the seed that grew into GTS Life - a ministry helping people discover their gifts, thrive in their purpose, and serve others for God's glory.

Since the beginning, we've watched seeds of faith take root in living rooms, coffee shops, and churches across the U.S. and Europe. Young adults, families, and entire congregations have begun to see their lives as part of God's story - and that story keeps growing.
Our Mission
We exist to raise up a generation of Christ-centered leaders who grow deep roots in faith, thrive in their purpose, and serve their communities for God's Kingdom.
We help believers move from uncertainty to clarity, from confusion to calling, from being planted to bearing fruit.
The Vision: Legacy Harvest Movement
Over the next five years, we're stepping into a story of growth - from Seeds to Trees to Forest.
We call it The Legacy Harvest Movement.
In 2026, we begin planting the first 200 Seeds - young adults rooted in Christ across U.S., Italy, Romania.
In 2030, those seeds will grow into 1,000 rooted believers - disciples who know who they are in Christ, equipped to lead and disciple others.
From these, we'll see trees for generations - national workers and leaders carrying the mission forward long after we're gone.

How We Live It Out
Everything we do flows from a simple, Spirit-led rhythm:

This rhythm shapes every gathering, trip, and conversation - because discipleship is not just taught; it's lived.
Our Roots - From Brokenness to Purpose
A note from Caleb Elrod (Founder and CEO)
Before there was a movement, there was a man who felt lost.

In 2017, I stood in the fog of grief, confusion, and unfulfilled purpose. My mother had passed away two-years prior, my wife was battling chronic illness, finances were tight, and the weight of raising our boys under constant pressure left me empty. I was on autopilot - asking God:

Who am I? Why am I here? Have I buried what You placed in me?
​
I realized I was trying to write my own story when God had already written me into His. They came a moment I'll never forget - a question that pierced my heart: "What did you do with My life?" That question changed everything.
​
I stopped running. I let God edit my story. He met me in the pain and began peeling away the layers of confusion and fear. Slowly, I rediscovered who I was - not through success or control, but through surrender.
​
And that is where GTS Life began - not from ambition, but from redemption. It was born in the soil of brokenness and watered by grace. What started as a cry for direction became a coalling to help others find theirs.

God redeems broken stories, revives weary hearts, and restores purpose so His people can Grow, Thrive, and Serve.
Our Guiding Principles
KINGDOM DRIVEN
Everything we do flows from the truth that our lives exist to advance God's Kingdom, not our own. We help believers discover their gifts and live them out so that His reign spreads in hearts, homes, and nations.
GROWTH-MINDED
Growth is the sign of life. Like trees planted by streams of water, we are called to keep strtching, learning, and bearing fruit. If we stop growing, we stop thriving.
SERVICE-ORIENTED
We believe purpose is fulfilled in service. We grow so we can give, thrive so we can bless, and serve so others can experience the life only Christ provides.
Our Heart
Many are walking away from faith -- not out of rebellion, but out of confusion. They crave meaning, but no one's helping them see how their gifts, purpose, and calling fit into God's story.

We remind them Whose they are, not just who they are.
